Speagle's Grading started in the Lincolnton area in 2005. What began as a local grading business has grown into a team that can handle many of the jobs needed to prepare land for construction.
The company has grown because customers kept trusting us with more of the work. Today, our crews handle everything from clearing and grading to septic, footers, drainage, and driveways.
Even as the business has grown, we have stayed close to where it started. We live and work in the same communities we serve, and we take pride in doing work we can stand behind.

Matt Speagle owns and operates Speagle's Grading LLC from the Lincolnton area. He holds a North Carolina Level IV onsite wastewater contractor certification, which covers septic installation across a wide range of systems. Related family businesses also manufacture septic tanks and concrete forms, which helps keep more of the site work connected. He walks jobs with homeowners, builders, and commercial contractors before quoting, so the scope matches the ground.
